Consent to Personal Data Processing

By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting a form on cvisionrad.ru or cvisionrad.com, I freely and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by CVisionLab LLC (ООО «СиВижинЛаб»), taxpayer identification number 6154572672, primary state registration number 1116154005604, located at 10-A Svobody Street, Taganrog, Rostov Region, 347923, Russia, on the following terms.
Purpose: handling my enquiry, contacting me about it, arranging a demonstration and discussing the purchase or implementation of CVisionRad within the scope of my request.
Data: my email address, telephone number if supplied, the contents of my enquiry and subsequent correspondence, and records of this consent: the consent selection, date, time and source of the submission.
Processing operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer for the stated purpose, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing may be electronic or manual.
I consent to the involvement of АО «Тильда Паблишинг» (Tilda Publishing JSC, website platform and receipt and delivery of submissions), its infrastructure providers АО «Селектел» (Selectel JSC) and ООО «Яндекс.Облако» (Yandex.Cloud LLC), and NIC.RU (RU-CENTER, email receipt and storage), to the extent necessary for these functions.
This consent remains effective until my enquiry and the related discussions have concluded, or until I withdraw it, whichever occurs first. I may withdraw consent by emailing med@cvisionrad.ru. Processing will then stop and the data will be destroyed within the applicable statutory periods, except where another lawful basis permits further processing.
